“Follow your nose to your muse.”
Use your senses to release your creativity in this ninety-minute writing workshop. Learn how scent triggers memories and encourages story-telling in any genre, from poetry to memoir. Share your writing dreams with a small group in a supportive environment. Bring your writing tools.
This workshop will be held at A-Ibañez Museum and Gallery, 199 Whittaker Ln, Kilmarnock, VA 22482, a place, according to the Local Scoop, “where creativity is contagious.” A tour of the gallery will be held after the workshop.

Meditation Workshop: In a busy life it’s hard to give our full attention to the people and things we care about. A regular practice of meditating can steady us so we can be truly present. All we need is a few minutes and a place to sit quietly. This workshop will give you the tools to do whatever you really care about with more focus and depth—whether it’s a personal relationship, a religious or spiritual avocation, or any project that’s meaningful to you. (Location TBA)
Date TBA (Summer Series)
