Coming this Fall:

Morgann Rose

Movement Therapy Workshop

Date TBA (Fall Series)

The Bay Center, The Northern Neck Family YMCA, The Boys and Girls Club of the Northern Neck, and Morgann Rose of Dance of a Rose are collaborating on a Movement Therapy workshop. Check back soon for more information.

Coming this Winter:

Soul Collage

Date TBA (Winter Series)

Join Diana Jamison, LCSW, and SoulCollage facilitator in this SoulCollage Workshop.

Throughout these stressful times, we might lose track of our resources. Quieting our selves and looking inward can help us remember. Creating and projecting meaning onto a SoulCollage Card allows for internal and sometimes unconscious resources to come to the surface. As participants in this process called SoulCollage, deep and meaningful conversations will evolve that supports each of us as we journey towards healing and wholeness.

The Summer Series:

David Scarbrough, PhD, RYT 200

Being Present – Meditation Workshop

Wednesday, July 28th, 10am-11am

Join David Scarbrough, PhD, RYT 200, who has taught yoga in the Northern Neck for over thirty years. His “Total Yoga” style encourages a meditative approach to the physical practice of yoga.

Meditation Workshop: In a busy life it’s hard to give our full attention to the people and things we care about. A regular practice of meditating can steady us so we can be truly present. All we need is a few minutes and a place to sit quietly. This workshop will give you the tools to do whatever you really care about with more focus and depth—whether it’s a personal relationship, a religious or spiritual avocation, or any project that’s meaningful to you. (Location: The Northern Neck Family YMCA, 39 William B Graham Ct, Kilmarnock, VA 22482)
