Soul Collage

Date TBA (Summer Series)

Soul Collage
Throughout these stressful times, we might lose track of our resources. Quieting our selves and looking inward can help us remember. Creating and projecting meaning onto a Soul Collage Card allows for internal and sometimes unconscious resources to come to the surface. As participants in this process called Soul Collage, deep and meaningful conversations will evolve that supports each of us as we journey towards healing and wholeness.

Session One
SoulCollage Instruction
Date TBA

If you are new to SoulCollage or need a refresher, plan to attend this instructional zoom session. The instructor will present a brief overview and a step-by-step demonstration of creating a SoulCollage Card. She will also provide instruction on how to complete a journaling process and how to create a Pantoum Poem. By the end of this session, you will be ready to make your own SoulCollage Card in the week to come.
Session Two
SoulCollage Sharing
Date TBA

New and experienced SoulCollage Card Makers are requested to make a card, complete their journaling sheet and create their Pantoum Poem before this session.  Plan to bring your creations (card, journaling, poem) to share with the group and to reflect upon using your card as a  resource.

Certified SoulCollage Instructor, Diana Jamison, will facilitate both sessions.

Our Project Self-Care workshops are supported by the Robert B. Lantz Foundation, the Agape Fund, donations from program participants, and individuals wishing to support The Bay Center.

*We anticipate having this workshop in August, in-person, following CDC guidelines. A date/time/location will be set closer to August when we have a better idea of the guidelines. If you register before that info. is available, you will receive an email update. Thank you ~
