Grief Support Group
Has a loved one died? Would it help to share?
Please join the Bay Center for support, understanding, and acceptance through the grieving process.
The Grief Support Group helps participants explore their reactions to loss within a trusting and confidential environment. Participants learn about the grieving process and develop strategies for coping to begin to integrate this change in their lives. Facilitated by a licensed professional counselor or clergy member, the group meets quarterly, and each 10-week series will refer to the book, Understanding Your Grief, Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart. The Grief Support Group is generously supported by a Robert B. Lantz Foundation Grant.
